These guys are awesome! Paul was extremely responsive & listened to all my concerns. My car had some water trapped & they not only helped clean and treat for mold, but also helped me figure out where the water was coming from. I cannot recommend these guys enough!

Paul and the team did a great job. They worked around my schedule and were available at a time that was convenient for me. My car hasn’t looked this good since I bought it. I highly recommend their services.

I'll preface with the fact that I rarely leave reviews online, coming from the service industry I'm not sure it's the best move we've ever made as a society. I called on Sunday when they were closed with a somewhat time sensitive interior cleaning job. The owner got back to me same day and worked me in for the next morning and finished the work within a few hours. The inside of the car is in better shape than when I got it from the dealership and I got solid advice on exterior DIY detailing. Pricing was solid, even the future quote on some more work I have been wanting done was more than reasonable and the service was professional. I would wholeheartedly recommend LED and I'll definitely return. Appreciate the help!

Excellent pricing. Great communication before and day of, including about shampoo costs and any extras they anticipated. Our older Forester is cleaner than it's been since we got it! They even got some car switches to return to clicking, not just smooshing. Highly recommend mobile detail at your home for anyone who can be home for it. You can also drop off at the shop- having options for different people and situations is so great. In my case, the mobile detailing option was perfect for my limited mobility. I was able to save my limited energy for other summer things! Thanks for a great job. We'll get ya back for our Impreza after summer.

UPDATE: I updated this review from a 1-star to 5-star (I don't want a 1-star to be a mark of a bad day/growing company's learning experiences). Someone within the company reached out after seeing my review and offered a full refund to make it right which was SUPER appreciated. They let me know they're growing and training new folks so it makes sense this happened and that the detail was no where near the standard they expected as well. I am super satisfied with the resolution. Because it was seamless with this resolution, I would consider giving them another try for an upcoming detail! I paid $680 for a premium detail and 8 hours later, my car looks like it just got a really good exterior cleaning (they did kind of buff out a scratch I think someone left from a shopping cart), but the interior was another story. There was a lot of dog hair and drool and that was definitely awesome that they tackled that, but I've had the same dirtiness and gotten a basic wash or even a $300-400 detail and seen better results. The reason why I'm even bothering leaving a review is because for over $700 including tip, I would expect it to look amazing. If you specialize in details, it should be 10/10
